(1) Before vehicle operation, check for loose external axle bolts, oil leaks, and abnormal noises from the wheel hubs and reducer assembly.
(2) Mandatory Axle Maintenance:
A: Mandatory maintenance is performed between 3000 and 5000 km depending on the operating conditions.
B: The initial maintenance includes: changing lubricating oil and gear oil, checking front axle toe-in, adjusting brake clearance, and checking all fasteners.
(3) Periodic Axle Maintenance:
A: Periodic maintenance is performed every 10000 km after the initial maintenance.
B: Periodic maintenance includes: changing lubricating oil, tightening all fasteners, checking toe-in, checking the wear of brake pads (replacing pads that have reached their wear limit and adjusting brake clearance), checking the reducer assembly, and whether the clearance between the driving and driven gears is excessive, and whether the gear oil exceeds its performance limit; if such conditions are found, the clearance should be adjusted and the grease replaced promptly.
